Paul Miklos

Paul Miklos

Paul Miklos is President and CEO of Harbor Properties. Paul was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. With a diverse background in restaurants, business, real estate investing, and senior management positions Paul has been here since the beginning in 1999. The goal has always been to invest and improve office buildings and neighborhood centers creating a legacy company, producing assets and income to support The Bair Foundation Child and Family Ministries. Paul now resides in Cape Coral, Florida where he enjoys boating, the beaches, and all the amenities South West Florida has to offer.  

Barbara Horchler

Barbara Horchler

Barbara Horchler is our Executive Vice President, and works out of our Hermitage, PA office. Barb has been with Harbor Properties since 2009.  She is a former Pennsylvania Broker of Real Estate, and now oversees the daily functions at our Pennsylvania office. Barbara also assists with operations, managing business points, acquisitions, and leasing for all locations. Outside of work Barbara takes pride in her two adult children, her home and enjoys gardening and raising animals.  

Blake

Blake Fraser

Blake Fraser is Director of Building Maintenance.  He joined Harbor Properties in 2022. Blake works out of the Cape Coral, Florida office, but travels frequently to our other locations. Blake holds a Florida General Contractor license. Blake oversees maintenance staff and manages building operations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Dallas. Blake is an avid sports fan, primarily baseball, football, and Formula 1. He enjoys playing tennis, golf and spending time with family and friends.  

Matthew Coxson

Matthew Coxson

Matthew Coxson is Vice President of Facilities. He works out of our Hermitage PA office and has been with Harbor Properties since 2017. Matt oversees leasing and manages office requirements for The Bair Foundation (our sister company) as well as properties in Greenville, Amarillo, Lubbock, and Columbus. He enjoys developing and maintaining professional relationships with tenants to achieve long-term tenancy. Outside of work you will find Matt spending time with his wife and children, volunteering at The Hope Center in Greenville, PA, hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Julie Babich

Julie Babich

Julie Babich is the Executive Assistant in our Hermitage, PA office. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. After working in the therapy field, Julie joined our team in 2017. Julie handles our invoicing and receives rent payments from our tenants. Julie also writes leases and amendments for new and existing tenants in Ohio and PA. Julie looks forward to being part of the continued growth and success of Harbor Properties. Julie’s joys in life are her children and grandchildren. She loves cooking, golf and her two kitties.

Crystal Hess - Use this one

Crystal Hess

Crystal Hess is our Administrative Assistant in our Hermitage PA office. She has an Associate’s Degree and came to us in 2019 bringing over 15 years of experience. Crystal answers and dispatches all the incoming service calls. She updates and maintains the information and reports we use to manage day-to-day operations to stay on the cutting edge of our industry. Crystal feels like the sky is the limit with Harbor Properties! When she is not at work Crystal enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Deanna Hawk

Deanna Hawk is the Executive Assistant in our Cape Coral, Florida Office.  She has over 20 years of customer service experience. Deanna oversees the day-to-day operations and leasing activity for Florida and Tyler TX. She enjoys showing vacancies and helping companies find the perfect space to grow their business. Outside of work Deanna loves to read, travel, and spend time with her family on their boat.

Sue Burris

Susan Burris

Sue Burris is an Executive Assistant at Harbor Properties in Cape Coral, Florida, where she supports Tyler, TX leasing and keeps daily operations running smoothly. With a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and customer service, she’s committed to accuracy, efficiency, and supporting her team and tenants. Passionate about staying organized and contributing to financial success, Sue brings dedication to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, biking, boating, and beach days with family and friends.

Belinda

Belinda Tavarez

Belinda Tavarez is a Leasing Associate at Harbor Properties in Dallas, Texas, with 5 years of leasing experience. A lifelong Dallas resident, she helps businesses find the right office space with local insight and personalized service—from tours to tenant support. Belinda is passionate about growth, service, and creating welcoming environments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, jogging at sunset, and proudly supporting her son as a baseball mom.

James Hicks

James hicks

James Hicks is the Senior Facilities Coordinator out of our Tyler TX region and has been with Harbor Properties since 2015. Prior to working at Harbor Properties, he spent several years in the oil and gas industry.  James provides maintenance and upkeep on all the Tyler TX properties. He strives to maintain a good relationship with our tenants and vendors while solidifying our reputation as a world class property management company. James enjoys playing golf, woodworking, and riding motorcycles with his sons.

DJ Delcambre

Dale Delcambre

Dale Delcambre (DJ) is our Maintenance Tech in Tyler TX. He recently joined Harbor Properties after working as a CNC Machinist for over ten years. DJ aside from routine maintenance, DJ answers service calls and assists tenants whenever he can. DJ is continuously striving to better himself personally and professionally. Outside of work, DJ is a husband and father.

John Lee

John Lewis

John Lewis is the Facilities Coordinator for our Florida region. He has a strong background in carpentry & over 20 years of experience. He enjoys the hands-on aspect of building, bringing a vision to life and seeing the finished results. John handles routine maintenance, meeting with our tenants, and coordinating with subcontractors.. His goal is creating spaces where tenants feel comfortable. Outside of work, John enjoys boating with family and friends, biking around the Cape Coral area, or enjoying a ride on his scooter.

Bolton Paden

Bolton Paden

Bolton Paden is a Maintenance Tech for Harbor Properties in the Florida Region. He joined us in 2023 after spending many years in the restaurant industry.  Bolton maintains the Florida properties and prepares vacancies for lease.  Bolton is looking forward to learning more about the property industry.  Outside of work Bolton loves playing and watching all sports (except soccer) and eating good food in the company of friends.

Frank Jenkins

Frank Jenkins

Frank Jenkins is a Facilities Coordinator in the Pennsylvania and Ohio areas. He has been with Harbor Properties since 2020. He has an Associate degree in electrical technology. Frank’s goal is to make our properties look the best that they can by addressing tenant issues, updating suites, developing scope of work, and solicits bids for larger projects. Frank enjoys making tenants feel welcome and happy with our properties and service. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and being with his girls at camp.

Derek

Derek Reimold

Derek Reimold is a Maintenance Tech in the Hermitage market. He has been with Harbor Properties since 2022. Derek has a Degree in electrical technology and was previously a supervisor in the glass industry.  He stays in communication with our tenants while providing maintenance and tending to service logs. Derek likes to hunt and fish and loves watching his children play sports.

Jose

Jose Juarez-Hernandez

Jose Hernandezis the Maintenance Tech in our Dallas/Carrollton TX region. He has 11 years of maintenance experience and his tasks consist of addressing service logs. routine property maintenance and coordinating with our vendors. Jose loves what he does and is always looking for ways to improve and sharpen his skills. When not at work, Jose loves spending time with his family, going to church and taking his dogs to the park.

Jeremy Gillespie

Jeremy Gillespie

Jeremy Gillespie is the Facilities Coordinator in our Ohio region. He joined us in 2022 after 15 years in Healthcare Maintenance. Jeremy performs routine maintenance, addresses service logs, coordinates with vendors to help keep our properties running smoothly and efficiently . When not at work Jeremy enjoys traveling, camping, and going to the beach.
